Hello, I’m Kelsey
and this is why I started Day1…
My journey began in the business process outsourcing and staffing industry, where I built functions from the ground up, navigated high-pressure moments, and led cross-functional digital transformation initiatives — all while keeping the plane in the air. I know firsthand the challenge of chasing big growth goals without enough clarity, alignment, or support.
Out of those experiences came Day1. Too often, I found working with outside vendors felt transactional. Critical system implementations were handled poorly. Project plans didn’t exist. Client care was an afterthought. What I wanted as an operator — and what companies truly needed — was an embedded partner. One who understood that transformation doesn’t happen through siloed thinking or isolated departmental projects.
